Family Fun Night 2026 Event Information
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to our Family Fun Night 2026!
Please find some helpful information about the evening below.
On Arrival
Parking is available in the car park down the ramp, and you can enter through the Leisure and Culture entrance. Accessible parking is available here, and wheelchair seating for our presentations is also located on this level. Lifts are available if required.
Alternatively, parking is available on the street outside the school and you can enter through the main school entrance.
Please note that no tickets have been issued for this event. When you arrive, simply give your name at the entrance and our volunteers will check you in.
Please try to arrive and be seated by 6:30pm, as we will begin the evening with a short presentation from our trustees, sharing an update on our first year and the impact the fund has made so far. We will also hear from one of our beneficiaries, Cally Benvie, in conversation with the inspiration behind the fund, Eilidh Kiddie.
During the Event
The evening will be informative and fun-filled for the whole family, with table games, bingo, entertainment, a raffle, tombola, photo booth, and more.
We know that many people prefer to pay by card, so we will be using tokens that can be purchased on the night using card or cash. Each token has a value of £1and can be used at any of the games, stalls, or raffles. Each stall will have a limited float, so if you plan to use cash, please bring along your £1 coins if possible.
To help reduce queues, you can pre-purchase your £1 tokens in advance. Simply email Lynne Falconer at finance@freddiesataxiafund.co.uk to request a payment link and let us know how many tokens you would like. Your tokens will be ready for collection when you arrive.
Clark’s Bakery has kindly donated some platters of food for the tables. There will also be a tuck shop selling hot dogs, soft drinks, tea & coffee, crisps, and sweet treats during the evening.
We also have some fantastic prizes for our raffle and silent auction that you won’t want to miss. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as bidding will open later this week.
If you are able to, we would also be very grateful for any tombola or raffle prize donations on the night.
Thank you again for your support — we can’t wait to see you there!
